Bartley’s All in Wood Ltd. (BAIW) is a fair-trade, community-based social enterprise located at the Jamaica Deaf Village in Manchester, Jamaica.
We specialize in handmade wood products for the tourism, corporate, export, and local markets, combining design excellence with social impact and environmental sustainability.
Founded in 2011 by Lacey-Ann Bartley, Bartley’s grew from a small family workshop into one of Jamaica’s leading names in sustainable wood design.
Inspired by her father’s legacy at Bartley’s Furniture (est. 1981), Lacey-Ann transformed the business into a vertically integrated enterprise—using every offcut, every branch, and every grain of wood to create something beautiful and purposeful.
Through our Apprenticeship Programme and Go Green Campaign, Bartley’s empowers young men with real skills in woodworking while promoting carbon sequestration and environmental conservation through tree planting and waste reduction.
