Shipping Terms
All orders are shipped FOB (Free On Board) from our facility in Mandeville, Jamaica. Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once items leave our facility. Shipping costs, insurance, and import duties beyond FOB are the responsibility of the customer or their shipping agent.
Domestic Shipping (Jamaica)
- Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after order processing.
- Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
- Tracking details are provided for all domestic shipments.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers.
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes.
- Notice of Shipment- Tracking information is provided via email once goods leave our facility.
Custom & Bulk Orders
- Custom or bulk orders may require additional production time.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination.
Order Tracking & Responsibility
- Once goods leave Bartley’s facility (FOB point), the buyer assumes responsibility.
- We provide tracking numbers, but Bartley’s is not liable for delays or damage after dispatch.
